We are pleased to share with you an exciting project developed in collaboration with NanoDrugs and the University of Castilla-La Mancha, specifically from the Faculty of Pharmacy of Albacete.
🌿 EXPEDIENT: COOP-2021-13-004 🍷 PROJECT: "CO2-AFP STRATEGY: CO2 capture in fermentative processes in the agri-food sector for the production of emission-free wines."
This project represents a significant milestone in the search for sustainable solutions in the wine industry. The "CO2-AFP Strategy" has been developed in collaboration with NanoDrugs for CO2 capture in fermentative processes, leading to the production of completely emission-free wines.
🍇 Description: This project is part of the Innovative Pilot Projects Support initiative in the agri-food sector, in which we have carried out the validation of the "CO2-AFP Strategy" on a pilot scale. Its objective is to revolutionize wine production by reducing carbon emissions to zero, thus contributing to a greener and more sustainable planet.
This exceptional achievement has been possible thanks to the joint work of NanoDrugs and the ALTOSA-UCLM task force, with the support of the Albacete Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Castilla-La Mancha.
💰 Total public support: This project has a significant support, with a total public support of 227,584.17 €. 90% of this funding comes from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), demonstrating support for our vision of a more sustainable future in the agri-food industry.
It is a great honor to congratulate NanoDrugs for their commitment to innovation and sustainability in the agri-food sector. Their contribution is critical to moving towards a greener and more sustainable future. Together, we are changing the way wine is produced and taking care of our planet. 🌱🍷 #CO2AFPStrategy #Sustainability #WinesWithoutEmissions.
