ach situation is different, and the Transference Office (OTRI) aims to find the solution that is most appropriate and beneficial both for the University and its researchers and for the company that requires a service, seeking at all times the synergies between the parties.

The Transference Office advises researchers in their relationship with companies:

  • Search for offers and technological demands that could be interesting for the Research Groups of the UCLM.
  • Dissemination of information among research groups on opportunities for collaboration with companies.
  • Support both in the negotiation and in the drafting of collaboration agreements and R & D contracts with companies.
  • Management of intellectual and industrial property, supporting the processing, drafting of the same, preparing studies on the state of the art, PCT extension and possibility of extending the patent to other countries.
  • Dissemination of the results of the development of the research to society and to potential clients.
  • Valorization of research results and their commercialization, and management of exploitation license agreements to clients.
