The Medical School is a knowledge hub created with the aim of training medical graduates and a solid commitment to public service. In addition to their teaching responsibilities, academic staff are also involved in non-formal education through activities directly or indirectly related to Medicine.
BOOKING SPACES AT THE MEDICAL SCHOOL
To book a room for an individual event—i.e., committee meetings, lectures, seminars, PhD examinations, preparation of MIR exams—availability of non-specialist spaces should be checked at Degree > Course Schedule . Booking applications should be submitted to uem.medicina.cr@uclm.es. This procedure is also valid for short presentations (i.e., one room for one hour).
Reservation of classrooms in the Faculty of Medicine
Requests to book classroom spaces at the Medical School should be e-mailed to uem.medicina.cr@uclm.es indicating reasons for the booking, date, time, approximate number of attendees, and any special requirements (i.e., projector, etc.).

EVENTS UNRELATED TO GRADUATE OR POSTGRADUATE TEACHING
The organization of events such as conferences or workshops extending over several hours or days or requiring different spaces need to be coordinated with the academic activities already scheduled at the Medical School. A specific form, "Application to hold an event" , needs to be filled and submitted for the applications to be processed. Please make sure to sent an e-mail with the booking request to uem.medicina.cr@uclm.es with the subject: EVENT APPLICATION.
