The equality commission of the Institute for Renewable Energies Research seeks equity and non-discrimination among all individuals, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. In the context of the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), the Equality Plan plays a crucial role in promoting gender equality and eliminating any form of discrimination in the university community. It also ensures equal opportunities between women and men, as well as providing information and guidance to staff on matters of equality.
