The Polytechnic School of Cuenca (EPC) of the University of Castilla-La Mancha, in accordance with its internal quality assurance system, has procedures in place for the ongoing improvement of all its teams, and the material resources and services it manages.
A form is therefore made available for notifying the Internal Quality Assurance Committee of any relevant suggestions, complaints, claims and compliments.
Forms may be submitted individually or on behalf of a group, however, full names must always be provided. After downloading the form, you can complete, sign and hand it to the secretary of the EPC who will record its submission; you can also download and submit the form, duly providing your name, to the following email address:

The Internal Quality Assurance Committee (IQAC) will handle all the forms received and will monitor the planning and assessment of the possible actions to be performed. Similarly, the IQAC will notify the person who submitted the form of the solution adopted, as established in the procedures of the Internal Quality Assurance System of the University of Castilla-La Mancha.
